Manufacturing
Fabric Sourcing - We have an extensive list of contacts where you can find anything from stretch, non-stretch, black denim, organic, selvedge, PFD, dark or light fabrics. We can source fabric from Italy, Spain, Turkey, USA, India, Japan and most places around the world. 
Pattern Making/Pattern Adjusting - We develop our patterns in house and have experience with all types of constructions. We can develop a pattern from an existing pattern, use measurement specifications or make adjustments to your existing patter. 
Sample Cut - Our cutting room has the capability to cut heavy and light weight fabrics. Whether its denim or jersey fabric, we have the experience and skills to do precision cutting. 
Samples Sewing - With over 15 years of experience for some of our sample makers, we are adept to sewing a variety of different fabrics and styles. 
Wash Development - Our wash development, we believe, is our biggest competitive advantage. We can replicate or create new design ideas. We follow trends closely and we are constantly innovating new washes. 
Shrinkage Testing - Unlike other companies, we don't charge for shrinkage testing. This cost is included in the product development. Since we control our own laundry, we make sure that temperature in water and dryers remain consistent throughout all process to ensure accurate fits.Pattern, Grade & Markers
Pattern Sizes - Toddler, Children, Junior, Contemporary, Missy, Women, Maternity, Petite, Big and Tall sizes. Pattern Fabrics - We have experience with different types of fabrics including denim, corduroy, knits, french terry, chiffon, satin etc. Pattern Styles - Jeans, Jackets, Shirts, Skirts, Shorts, Cargo, etc. Pattern Digitizing - We digitize our patterns to ensure accuracy, which can also be easily transferable and stored for future use. Pattern Grading - Grading is also digitized to ensure consistency when increasing or decreasing your master patter. Marker Plotting - We plot pattern pieces using state of the art equipment in order to maximize productivity, minimize material cost and minimize labor. Cutting & Sewing
We have experience with cutting different types of fabric, including: denim, chambray, corduroy, velveteen, linen, canvas and much more.
Wide range of machinery available from single needle to automatic pocket machines.
Sewing is constantly QCd in order to deliver consistency.
Since we use different sewing contractors, we do not have a minimum as far as how many pieces you can produce.

Finishing & Shipping
Finishing services offered include placement of buttons, rivets, hang tags, labels, joker tag and pocket flashers. Finishing inspects for flaws in sewing such as broken stitches, damaged buttons, flawed fabric, holes, stains and trimming. Packaging can be done in poly-bags, folded, boxed or hanged depending on the needs of each customer. Shipping can be prepared in boxes with pre-packed sizes, pick and pack sizes to ship to different stores and bulk shipping where the customer takes care of shipping to different customers.
